WHEN THIS CAME FROM UPS IT HAD BEEN MANGLED IN SHIPPING BUT IT WAS NOT PACKAGED AT ALL EITHER. SOMEONE JUST SLAPPED A UPS LABEL ON THE MATT AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY MANGLED WHEN IT ARRIVED. WE HAD TO PUT AT LEAST 5OO LBS ON IT OVER THE WEEKEND TO GET IT TO LAY FLATTER BUT IT WOULD NOT COMPLETELY FLATTEN AND ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES TRIPPED OVER IT CUTTING THEIR FOOT.

Chair mat works well and is easy to roll on however the mat "creeps" forward with use. I have to pull mat back with every use.

I would not recommend this chair mat at all. We replaced it with a higher quality from a different store within a week. You get what you pay for is so true!

The warranty is 1 year and they are falling apart just after 1 year.

Would be great but it shifts too much

It was so heavy and so difficult to carry out of the store I thought for sure it would stay in place once I got it to the office. However I have to reposition this mat every single day (sometimes twice a day) because it's constantly moving and creeping up one side of my desk. It's very annoying to say the least.

I wish I had realized how lightweight this carpet floor mat is. It tends to slide easily and is never in the spot I placed it. It looks nice but is not the quality of the the mat I had before this also purchased at Staples.
