New and not so improved

The new design with the Bars insead of Pins do not hold the chair matt in place. As you roll your chair the matt creeps out of position and rides up against the desk to the point the edge curls. I would rather have the Pin style back this was not a good move on the manufactures part.

OK for the price

the price I paid keeps me from complaining too harshly but the mat is a little thin if you are a big man sitting at your desk most of the day; wheels tend to indent mat and almost get stuck in the dents.

The Worst

I had the same problem last year. It arrrives outside my house filthy taped with sticky gooey tape that takes me 45 minutes to remove. the one I order last year is already ripped under my chair . Poor quality and I had to return the one last year. I am still trying to get the dirt off of the one I just received. Very poor quality control on your part!

Product was delivered without being rolled-up or in a box. It had a permanent crease in it. It was not possible to be used for its intended purpose. We cut it down and used pieces under a file cabinet...very disappointed!
