Office chair mat

The mat shifts as a result of moving the chair around. I have only had it a short time and it already has areas that are wore which cause the wheels of the chair to stick in the worn areas/grooves.

I find the office pad I bought is a little thin using it on a carpet. It would be fine if I was using over a hard surface floor. I think the for mats should be shown that it be used over a carpet or a hard floor. The difference being the one I bought is to thin to use over a carpet since it sinks into the carpet and stiffer one would not sink into the carpet.

Originally ordered this Chair Mat to replace one that was falling apart. It had also been purchased at Staples about 10ears ago. I expect that this one will last just as long.

Chair Mat Low Pile

The Chair Mat was great! The label attached to the mat from Staples was terrible! The mat came scratched because it was not enclosed in cardboard and the label took 30 minutes to remove with goo gone. This was totally unacceptable and I would have returned it had I known it would take so long to remove the unsightly tag. We have used this brand in the office prior to this purchase and were completely satisfied with the longevity of the life of the product.

We ordered 3 Staples low pile carpet chair mats and some Brother labeling tape. I an very pleased with the quality and the free delivery that was on time and very efficient.

We have several of these mats in our office and have to replace them quite frequently especially those that are on carpet. I'd like to see a mat with a longer lifetime since they're not particularly inexpensive. Pros: protests the floor as promised Cons: doesn't last long so we've had to replace multiple times
