Generally satisfied with purchase. I do have a problem with impressions causing dips in the product which interferes with rolling across product. I may have purchased the wrong pile height but I think it is right.

It was supposed to be for a medium pile rug 3/4 in. which I have but the mat gives under the weight of the chair. I thought it would be more solid .

It's OK not as thick as desired

This overall is a good design but I'd hoped for something thicker and less supple on the carpet so as to get indentations from rolling chairs "by memory" into the plastic. I'd hoped for more for this money. It will do for now but overall I'm disappointed.

A ok mat for high pile carpet

PROS: I believe it will still outlive previous thinner mats from the Staple store which didn't last at all. It could be that my high pile has a padded underlayment pad. Mine measured just over an inch! CONS: Mat arrived rolled up and took a few days to flatten out! It was ordered shipped to store. A recent review indicated it was shipped to them flat! I already have divots with a five wheel chair and I weigh 180#.
