Staples Flat Pile Carpet Chair Mat

Had this shipped so couldnt see before trying. Appears to be a good quality product overall but it wasnt firm/sturdy enough for my standard office chair--in just a few hours there were deep imprints from the chair wheels. It would work well on office flat pile cerpet but not on 3-or 4/8" pile home carpet. I have found if the chair mat can be rolled up (the way it was shipped) it likely wont be sturdy enough. Store service was very good.

Mat didn't live up to expectations

After less than a week this mat is already buckling under the chair wheels. I purchased a thicker mat and expected it to be more solid. Also it was shipped unwrapped so all the dirt from the truck was on it and I had to clean it before putting down on the carpet. Very disappointing.

not crazy about this mat.....when you sit in your chair it makes indentations in the mat and it's just as hard to roll as if it were on the carpet.

The mat itself is fine. However the product label that you stick to the mat does not come off. So now I am have a messy partial label on the mat. They should have used a glue that can easily be removed by the consumer.

Do not buy it !

Ultra low pins - about 1/8 of an inch. No way this is gonna work up to an inch carpet with pad. All waves on the carpet with the chair on... Customer service very unhelpful and rude : she tried to offer me 5% discount to keep it . I said no and then she scheduled pick up after about 2 weeks and after they'll receive it they will check it and after that will issue a refund . I just went to local Staples and return it .

I have used this mat for several years. My only complaint is that's its expensive and I have to buy a new one every year.
