Manager was very informative and helped us understand the printer lifecycle and matched our needs with our new printer. After multiple purchases of several brands of printers I am aware all manufacturers need to step up the longevity of their printer heads which appear to all have short lives!!!’ All manufacturers should take heed of the cost to environment of not improving and fixing the issue.

Ordered envelopes to pick up at store for convenience. Wrong envelopes came in so I ended up travelling across town anyway to a store that had item. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible but could not make up for the error my time gas etc.
