I did like the price - 75c a roll is hard to find and the roll does last a whole week for the 2 of us. But alas it's only 1 ply and not very soft. I like the thickness and softness of Charmin and even the generic TP my husband bought - "Smile & Save Real Soft Bath Tissue" much better. So you haven't won me over yet but thanks for the privilege of being asked for my opinion.
The Perk brand is a pretty decent substitute for Scott. Never cared for those cotton type brands. Too much fuzz and they don't last. These last me a while. While it's not as thick as Scott 1000 sheets they aren't so flimsy that it disintegrates at the slightest hint of moisture. It's a bit more expensive than I thought it'd be but isn't everything nowadays?
