Inexpensive but hard to print on.

I use these after feeding them through a HP G95 printer. This printer feeds these envelopes sideways and this sometimes causes paper jams and sometimes causes the glue to separate on the right hand side when looking at the back of the envelope. Staples #247668 which seals the 6" dimension instead would work better with my printer.

I recycle old Christmas cards as well as making original Christmas cards using 8.5x11 card stock. These envelopes are ideal for mailing the nearly 300 Christmas cards I send each year to friends and family.

Too Thin

You can see the contents of the envelope through it. It's much too thin - and certainly overpriced for that quality. They got returned. If all you need is an envelope to contain something and the transparency of these envelopes does not matter to you then they would be satisfactory.
