I keep my current years info in notebooks one for each client. At the end of the year I store that info in the colored expanding folders and start the new year in the notebook. They hold up well and are easy to access.

Wonderful Tax and Bill Files

I use these files every year to collect tax items to do my taxes. I use two files of the same color. I have found that color coding makes it easier for me to distinguish which tax year that I am dealing with these files. I love these!

Great Way To Organize Tons of Paper

They are great for putting all related items in. I use them for copies of work manuals and instructions class notes ancestry info and any other task or receipt holder. Colors help you remember what is in them and there is plenty of room to write titles at the top or on the front.

These hold my monthly payables/receipts for the business quite well. Used to use manila envelopes & they would split open! These haven't yet- seem pretty durable. Well worth the price.

Great solution to organizing tax papers!

It makes it much easier to sort papers for tax purposes - separate utility payments repairs to house medical receipts etc. etc. etc. by folder. I also use them for various project files - letters to be answered research papers craft directions school reunion notes etc. etc.
