[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch Box Lock Packaging Tape works really well. It is very sticky and adheres to the box easily. The tape was easy to cut and the dispenser was easy to use. The tape is strong and adheres well to packing boxes. I am impressed with this tape and will continue to use for all of my packaging needs. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review but all opinions are my own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free to evaluate. I tried to find the best way to test the claims for this tape, and eventually decided on using it to tape an everyday cardboard box shut, after it had been thoroughly soaked with water.
After I drenched the box, I let it dry enough to be able to keep it's shape when trying to tape it shut. As expected, the tape had a difficult time sticking to the box, but after a few rubs back and forth, it took hold, and actually stayed. I expected it to slowly peel away from the box, but once it took hold, it stayed adhered to the box.

Secure and makes no noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M provided me with the product to review. I have been using their other packaging tape for years and was excited to try this one. Happy with the quality and it does keep boxes closed securely. I'm glad they figured out how to dispense the tape without making that loud noise. Will definitely be buying this in the stores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had the fortunate opportunity to try out the Scotch® Box Lock™ Packaging Tape right when I was moving into a new apartment, I was very surprised and quite pleased by how well this tape works on packing boxes! It sticks securely and quickly without the need to press the tape down after or make multiple passes of tape on the box. You can feel by the thickness of the tape how strong it is and I was not disappointed. One strip of tape was considerably stronger than even three strips of the standard stuff. 10 out of 10, I will never use a different, sub-par packing tape again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic product! Easy to dispense, no tearing, no resticking to itself, no mess.
It sticks well, I used it one handed while holding a box together, with no problem. We are moving next year and I plan on stocking up on this tape, it will make one task much easier!

Best packing tape out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t been able to visit family as much so I have been mailing packages to keep in touch, I always tape the boxes 2 or 3 times to make sure they are secure. When I first tried this tape it felt so secure I knew one application was enough. It wasn’t thin and adhered flawlessly.

Very thick tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how thick this tape is. I really like using it to repair boardgame boxes and books that my kids are really rough with. Normal tape doesn't seem to hold up but so far this tape is working really well with those items. I received this free to test.
