NOT ACTUALLY 12" WIDE

I had ordered these to ship calendars that are almost exactly 12" wide. They would have fit if these envelopes were the dimensions specified. When the calendar didn't fit I pulled out my measuring tape and sure enough these envelopes actually measure 11.75" wide NOT 12". Please see the photo I have included in this review. I am quite disappointed since I needed to ship these calendars out quickly. Now I will have to spend more time finding an affordable alternative. Thanks a lot Staples. Not happy!

Mailing documents I like the fact that it does not have a metal clasp so it does not damage the documents. I use a PVC DO NOT BEND tape to seal it.
