I have been looking for a very long time for just the right pocket case file and nothing I found met my needs. Finally on one of my often trips to Staples (don't know why I didn't see them before) I was amazed at the perfect file I had been looking for and very inexpensive. Of course I had to come back and get more and they have been used a lot and standing up well to it. I have about 5 now in an array of colors and smaller file folders fit inside them really well. I have told many people that Staples is the place to go you just have to keep looking.

Folder for Tax Info

I've used these folders to keep all records from the previous year in order to prepare taxes. When I'm finished I able the box and store for future reference if needed. The pockets make it easy to separate according to expenses or important documents. Although they are pre printed as to categories I usually use a marker to make them according to my needs. I actually wish they were not labeled my only negative. It is sturdy and able to hold a great deal. I give it 4 stars and would recommend it.
