Great Filing System

This is the best filing system I have used in a long time. It is easy to carry to meetings and have sit in a safe place at home The pockets are big and roomy and will hold lots of copies of different things. I am a membership chairman of an organization and need several sections to file all membership papers. I also file flyers and membership cards that need to be distributed. Our organization love the products we get from staples and will continue to use their products for a long time to come.

Fantastic File - at a reasonable price

Staples 19 pocket expanding case is arguably the best file of this type that I've ever purchased. Well built and nicely designed it is the perfect transportable filing system. I use it daily in my consulting practice carrying many documents invoices bank statements and financial files for my clients. I would highly recommend this product. Gary R

My husband and I have used this filing system for years and it works very well for us. One year I decided to try a different type made out of vinyl and was not at all happy with it. With this system the entire year's worth of papers are kept organized so when it comes time to do our taxes there is just one place to go. Also the boxes stack and are stored for several years very neatly. One slight problem is that by the end of the year the box is difficult to close but that is a minor issue which we could solve by scanning more items and saving them on a CD. It just saves time for us to be able to file things right away and it reduces clutter.

A much-needed organizer with multiple options

I bought my last organizer about 15 years ago and it needed replacement after heavy use. This model provides many more storage slots with alphabetical and topical sleeves. It fold back into easy closure and seems sturdy enough for many years of use. The price was a bargain.
