Every years I purchase an accordion file so I can put all receipts and important documents.and keep the accordion for five years.I go to Staple to purchase the file they are very friendly and provide outstanding service and the store are very clean and organized.

19 pocket expanding file

I find that this file case holds a super amount of paper and closes easily. I use it to hold my papers for the accountant so that I do not have to look in drawers or desk for what I have to take with me for my appointment everything is there in one place It is quite easy to slip the paper in the slots and to retrieve the page if needed. The best is that the closure is very easy. I have had some that are very difficult to close when the case is near capacity not so with this case.

19 pocket file organizer

Deciding that my previous file organizer from Staples circa 2001 was ready to be retired I purchased this one. It is lighter than the previous which is a plus but it is not as rugged as the old one. I gave it 4 stars for the ability to moved around more easily when full. I still have a need to file tax returns and invoices paid bills and I know others do as well. Staples 19 pocket expanding case file fits this need well and it's easily portable. I was happy to find it and know there are others that will be as well!
