Tax receipt organizer

We use one every year to keep our receipts organized for tax time. It also comes in handy whenever we need to pull out a form we need. They store nicely on the shelf and it lightweight enough to lift. Once taxes are done we print up our forms and store them inside with the receipts.

Staples 19 pocket expanding case file

We purchase at least one every year. My husband kepts all his current year records in it. He does not have to box up all his yearly receipts bills and other tax recrords at the end of the year. He just puts the case on a shelf in our store room and starts a new one the next year. Makes it very easy to find something for that year if necessary.

I buy one of these every year to help keep track of my paper trail. It is an easy way to file bills and receipts during the year so you can refer back to them if needed. Especially helpful at tax time when you are totaling up your prescription and medical costs as well as any expenses and income you might have had.
