19 pocket expanding case file

The product is a great idea and I recommend it for filing business invoices and documents for the year. Unfortunately the material of the product which is paper is not that flexible. Seems like the card board may have a little dry rot. I am a little skeptical it may not last all year.

especially great for tax time!

This light weight but sturdy expanding case file is perfect to have ready to go at tax time to help organize that jumble of paper that has accumulated all year. It has easy to read lettering and even full of papers it retains it's integrity. It is attractive enough to make one feel comfortable carrying into your accountant's office Beats the old shoe box file by a mile!. The price is beyond reasonable especially because it is reusable without having to scratch out preprinted dates. It is a great cheat sheet for things that should be saved and often forgotten in the busyness of everyday life.

I get one of these every year and it makes a lot easier throughout the year. All year long I just put all of my documents into the detailed titled files and it helps me keep them all organized for my accountant.

Old Tech Can Be Better

There are times when simple is better and this "accordion file" is an example. It's also low-tech and easy to use practical and gets the job done quickly. While everything today is on-line I find that this file allows me to more quickly organize newspaper and magazine clippings. Yes I suppose I could scan the pages and store them on my hard drive but it's so much easier to just file them in this case. No "crashes." No hard drive failures. No searching for the piece I need - it's always right there. I was so happy to find this Case File and it's proving a real; help.

Great for small businesses

I've been using the legal size version of this case for years. It saves me considerable time doing taxes because I can organize my receipts bank statements credit card statements and other bills neatly. The case is sturdy and I keep a separate case for each year making it easy for me to find my materials if I am ever audited.
