File is substantially large however the printed categories in each subdivision are not what I needed . I would rather enter my own categories . Perhaps blank labels could be included for the purchaser to use . The washable outer material is sturdy and the handle is well secured . The clasp is well constructed and keeps the file closed even when full . Standard letter sized (8.5x11) papers fit easily whereas legal sized documents must be folded. The subdivisions are all equal in width but I would rather see several larger file spaces for categories like medical insurance documents and banking statements.

I love this case file! I know it's suppose to be for business stuff but I have been using it over the past 5 years for business receipts. It's great because it can hold large and small receipts and 19 pockets mean 19 categories for your receipts. It's also easy to re-label. It's also easy to store if you like to hold on to your receipts after tax day. The price is great and they always seem to be on sale but the regular price is equally as good. I have 3 businesses and I use one for each business. I love the various colors and color schemes too. It really is a Great Buy!

This is an excellent way to organize documents. Tabs make it easy to file papers and retrieve them quickly. Particularly useful for transporting papers to and from the office. The case is very durable

I find that this file case holds a super amount of paper and closes easily. I use it to hold my papers for the accountant so that I do not have to look in drawers or desk for what I have to take with me for my appointment everything is there in one place It is quite easy to slip the paper in the slots and to retrieve the page if needed. The best is that the closure is very easy. I have had some that are very difficult to close when the case is near capacity not so with this case.

I use this for bills. All are in one place. I can have a place for bills that need to be paid and those that have been paid. Quality is great.

Extremely easy to use. Keeps all my tax information throughout the year organized and easy to find things needed for review. Very durable and able to accomadate a lot of information/materials. I have been using this exact same filling system since 2005.
