Tipical expando but the dividers appear thinner than past expandos. The latch is a little more durable than other latches. This expando doesn't expand as much as I would like and it barely fit the unit I was replacing. There needs to be a wider expando to prevent from having to use several and then store and locate individual files that should be in one location. It would also be helpful to have more color selection or at least the ability to put a removeable lable on the lid to differentiate from other expandos.

The front fastener will not fit into the holes without falling out and there is no way to secure it.

Very easy to use because of the many tabs that have already been labeled for the consumer. The tabs cover just about every item that would be needed for the of the consumer.

It is a very useful file holder. Just wish the latch was more sturdy. It seems to break very easily.
