The entire case of Sustainable Earth by Staples Bath Tissue 2-Ply has been a mess to deal with. The perforations between the plies were misaligned so instead of tearing smoothly you had to rip the paper from the role. Also there were large gaps where there was only 1 ply not 2 throughout the role. These problems led to having to use more paper than needed and creating a mess on the floor from torn and disconnected paper fragments. These problems existed with each and every role in the case of 80 roles - that is a lot of toilet paper! I will not order this paper again but instead order the Brighton product that I have used in the past with no problems.

I bought this for my church (Quaker). I soon began receiving complaints that it was too rough the two plies separated and the sheets were slightly smaller than other brands. I explained to these individuals that the toilet paper was very much cheaper than the paper that I had been purchasing and the money we were saving could be used to “do good."

I am so glad Staples offers high quality 100% recycled 2-ply toilet paper. The paper is quite soft and strong. I did not give it 5 stars because on a new roll it is a bit hard to start the first tissue.
