PAPER IS TOO THIN AND POOR ADHESIVE

PAPER GETS CHEAPER OR THINNER AND THE ADHESIVE AREA GETS SMALLER AND DOES NOT WORK WELL. WE HAVE TO TAPE THESE FOLDERS SHUT. OVERALL THEY ARE GETTING TO BE POORER QUALITY EACH YEAR.
