Envelopes tend to open easily and need tape to secure envelope. Defeats the purpose of the self-sealing style of the envelope.

Great for catalog mailings.

I love these envelopes for mailing catalogs to my customers. They are clean and white and since they self-seal there is no licking of envelope flaps - a definite plus! I mail out many catalogs each month it is important to me to save time where I can which is another great reason to use these envelopes. It may not seem like it's a lot of time but since I have an aversion to licking envelopes (paper cuts on the tongue are not fun) I would have to have a sponge moisten it wet the envelope fold flat etc. etc. etc. I appreciate any and all time-saving methods I can employ!

Quality is not consistent. Adhesive missing from some flaps vertical seam (12") not sealed with adhesive - had to tape quite a few. Did not have problem until part way through the box of 100.
