I like the convenience of an envelope that allows you to strip and seal. I send out many 9x12 packages; and do not like to lick and seal the envelopes. Staples QuikStrip envelopes are sturdy good appearance for my clients. I send tax returns to clients after we have e-filed so they like getting their packages in a neat professional looking envelope that is also sturdy and they can tell if it has been tampered with. I have used Staples envelopes for several years in my tax business.

Perfect fit for standard paper

I use this envelope to mail taxes and business papers. It seems to hold many pages in each mailing. Whenever I need to send documents that are better sent without folding them (or that have more pages than can easily be folded into a more standard sized envelope) then this is my go-to envelope. While I am still uncertain what protocol exists about which side gets the sealed opening I have been leaving the right side to seal as looking at the addressed front side. I do find that I need tape across the opening when loaded with a heavy paper pack but otherwise this is an excellent envelope for certified mailing: room for all the postal stickers plus the usual address and return address.

Don't Buy these

These envelopes are horrible. They have a tiny adhesive strip that comes open ALL the time in the mail. I use them for tax returns and I have gotten tons of complaints that they open in the mail due to the tiny adhesive strip. Do not buy.

Does the job well

These white mailers look professional and are the right thickness to send a CD a one page presskit and a letter of introduction. We use them to mail CDs to radio stations. They are actually cheaper to mail than the smaller bubble wrap mailers and they just look nicer.

100 is far from ideal

I like the product but am disappointed that it is no longer available in a 250 count box at the Easton (Columbus OH) location. I have asked and been told it does not come in a 250 count box. Why? I purchased them here numerous times until about 12-15 months ago.
