We use various envelope sizes and this one is used for trnsferring documents to clients as well as mailing documents. It is better for mailing although the size sometimes is too tight for legal or letter size papaer. It may fit but you have to carefully insert it or it may tear. Good price though.

the perfect envelope for my newspaper

I love this envelope I own a monthly newspaper and I mail a copy of the paper and the invoice to every client each month. I dont have to do this with all the electronic ways the clients can receive the paper and their bills but it is a nice way to make sure our product is in their hands ! This envelope is strong and holds my products perfectly. I do not care for the other closing envelopes this peel and close envelope is easy and sanitary. After 13 years of doing this......I wont use anything else.

These envelopes were bought to send out the Reunion book I had printed at Staples. They were the perfect choice. They fit the item perfect plus the seal worked with no problem. All items were received in good condition. I would most certainly buy and use these or others like them again should I have the need. When I was shopping for the perfect mailing envelope the staff of Staples very helpful. At checkout the staff inquired if I had found exactly what I was looking for and requested that I take the Staples questionnaire online and gave me his name David.

These are so convenient. I love the ease of use and the amount of glue on the envelope is substantial enough to be very secure. The size is adequate for multi-pages and the paper quality is substantial enough and heavy enough to prevent damage to your mailing.. This size mailer is very convenient for 8.5 X 11 mailings with enough slight to easily slide in your documents and not have to fold it when you insert into the envelope. The 100 per box quantity is a good price for value of product.

Each January we send packages of information to more than 100 customers. These envelopes are the perfect size for the 8 1/2" by 11" packages and are so easy to use. We are very satisfied with the quality and value of this product.
