The 9 x 12 size of this envelope requires double the postage even when it's empty.

Easy Close is the way to go!

We send out a lot of mail every week. In the past I used a sponge to wet and seal the envelopes. What a mess! It made your hands feel sticky and took what seemed forever. The EasyClose catalog envelopes are easy to use they work well. I have not had a bad one yet you just peel off the tab cover and push down the envelope flap add the postage and the address label and you are done. The quality of the envelope and the finished product is excellent. Very professional. I would not use any other. Thank you Staples!

I bought 100 of these envelopes and wish I never did. The actual envelope is fine but the 'easy close' does not work the envelope does not stay close. You can easily open the envelope and everything falls out. I was needing to send important sales documents and had to use additional tape to ensure that the envelopes would stay close during shipment. Save your money and DON'T buy these

The seal is very weak and comes undone. I think it’s because the strip is too small. I had to use additional tape for mailing so they didn’t open. Won’t buy this brand again.
