Other than the obvious uses for this envelope my company sends out copies of our monthly newspaper publication (2 actually fit very well in it). In the beginning we were a weekly publication and would mail roughly 150 papers out per week. They stack nicely in the USPS mail bins. Years later we have gone to a monthly instead of weekly and our printer does our mailing now and just a few get sent out from our office. We've also used them to mail out t-shirts purchased through our company store (slide a piece of cardboard in there as a sturdy protection when mailing).

The 9x12 envelopes worked well for my project. At first I didn't think they were going to hold their seal however in the end they kept the paperwork secure for mailing.
