Perfect fit for standard paper

I use this envelope to mail taxes and business papers. It seems to hold many pages in each mailing. Whenever I need to send documents that are better sent without folding them (or that have more pages than can easily be folded into a more standard sized envelope) then this is my go-to envelope. While I am still uncertain what protocol exists about which side gets the sealed opening I have been leaving the right side to seal as looking at the addressed front side. I do find that I need tape across the opening when loaded with a heavy paper pack but otherwise this is an excellent envelope for certified mailing: room for all the postal stickers plus the usual address and return address.

I use them because they are nice white envelopes. but the adhesive is not adequate. We have to put tape over the seal always. This is an obvious defect that should be apparent to Staples. Look at a box and you will see the adhesive is deteriorated and won't stick properly. Jim Toms
