I use for sales calls on the road. I carry the envelopes and when I come across prospects or customers who work from their house instead of a business location I put info in and mail at nearest post office.

I only shop at Staples for all of my office supplies because I love the coupons and rewards made available to us. The prices and sales are also extremely reasonable and competitive. As a very small non profit with an even smaller budget savings are extremely important. We have to watch every dollar spent. I use the envelopes weekly and love the adhesive envelopes the best especially when mailing in bulk. I often use the envelopes to mail photos and other materials that help us promote the organization.
