I purchase the expensive ivory letterhead paper and then use these inexpsive ivory-color envelopes because in most cases the envelopes get thrown away by secretaries opening the mail so why waste the money on expensive envelopes.

With the huge amount of stuff this company had you'd think they'd have a decent ivory colored security envelope. Nope. The have small "personal" sized ones in the store in 10 packs or you can order large boxes of the cheap ones online.

Not the same color and lighter weight

I bought the last box of these from a Staples store but they no longer carry them in the store. The outside of the box I received looks just like the box I bought at the store but the envelopes are a paler ivory and the paper is not quite as heavy as the old ones. The color does not quite match the color of the paper I am using for the letter that goes inside like the old envelopes did but it is close. The paper that is used in these does not quite seem like 24lb but I'm not sure. Still they are much less expensive than any other ivory envelopes I was able to find. Also the box was very badly crushed when I received it and the box holding the envelopes was also broken with a few of the envelopes a little wrinkled but still usable. I would recommend this to a friend mainly for the price.

Shopping online with Staples is both easy and efficient. My account retains my favorite products so that I do not have to search for them. That saves me a lot of time. I also like the fact that when I do goof up customer service is there to help me. How I managed to order all envelopes and no stationery is one of those great mysteries of life but I did. I immediately called customer service and with courtesy the representative revised my order. I really appreciated that. I also like that my whole order is shipped free as long as it totals at least $45. Moreover I order one day and get my office supplies the next. Good job Stapes. Good job!
