The file I got is not like the picture. Which was the type I would have preferred. The file I have is rather cheap looking and the Alpha tabs are small.

The tabs are a little funky and make it hard to get papers inserted. Also it doesn’t expand as much as I’d like it too.

It appears to be sturdy but it does not contain a flap which I like. Also when I got home I noticed that I was charged more than the posted price. I'm tired of going back to stores to complain of overcharges so I now just choose to not shop at the offending stores.

Difficult to tell what it looked like in the package. Upon opening it I found it to be too small. It does not expand as well as some others I have used. I’ll look for something better.

All stock defective!

Purchased on line accordion file folder A-Z. Received with all divots lined up but not in front of alphabets to allow you to see letters as shown in catalog and on photo on product. Free replacement was also mismanufactured. Went to local store and product on the shelf was also defective. Staff online and in stores happy to give refunds.
