I've been using these for many years from Staples to organize my business receipts. I put my own labels on each pocket and its an easy way to file the receipts and find them again quickly if needed. At the end of the year I put the entire file folder in a legal size file box also from Staples which fits perfectly. I label the box for the year and it goes into my storage for tax records. They are well made and hold up well all year long even though they get stretched quite a bit! I already bought one for 2015 and have filed newly paid bills.

great for filing yearly bills

I really like using this accordian expanding file for my yearly bills. It has the flexibility to expand quite a bit and it also has plenty of pockets. Makes it very easy to refind/locate past years bills for any reason. Have been using these for about 10 years and continue to go back each year and repurcahse.
