Love the accordion file. Now I have a place for all my correspondence letters bills everything files by alphabetical letters. And convenient to carry or store. Very handy to have.
If you ever itemize deductions and have to data entry tons of receipts I suggest you put the receipts in a file folder by alphabetical name. If the IRS ever wants an audit all you need to do is match the A's with the spread sheet line number. Because all of my data entry is on excel and that puts each entry on a line. So when I got audited the agent wanted proof of say: Marriott hotel They were all together under :M" and in numerical order by audit time and I produced the receipts requested in less than 5 seconds. It really shortened the audit time and where or not I kept "adequate records or not". So be organized. it only takes a little bit of time.
It is a simple filing tool but it works well for us. We put our vendor bills in alpha order and can easily access them when we write checks. And we get about 75 different bills every month.
I use this to store all my papers over the course of the year and in January I clean it out and put all papers aside that I will need to work on my taxes. it gets a lot of use and one usually last me 3 to 4 years.
I have lots of greeting cards for all sorts of occasions. This expandable file folder is great to keep my cards at my finger tips when an occasion arises to send a card. Great!
