Alpha accordion file

These alphabetical accordion files hold up very well over the course of the year. They are great to help keep your records organized. This filing system makes it easy to pick up and take a year or more's worth of files with you. It is also easy to move them into long term storage after the year is over. I've been using them for over ten years. We set up a binder for each of our clients each year. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to keep their accounting records organized.

I do genealogy work. I bought it to index one family for a big project. With built-in tabs and as many pockets it sure makes reaching for something so much easier and gets reid of several piles.

Perfect for keeping track of a year's worth of receipts for tax purposes. After April 15th it can be put on the shelf and then shredded in 7 years.

We love love the expanding accordion files A-Z as a doctors office we use these for filing referrals alphabetizing filing and documents wainting to be scanned. I have six of these. They are sturdy and a staple in our busy practice.
