These accordion files are so huge you almost feel like if you pull them out and push them in they will start playing 1920s ragtime accordion music. Alas they don't ... but they definitely are spacious and wonderful.

Accordion Files

The Accordion Files are made of thick paper. They have deep pockets and are clearly marked with A-Z for easy access to your filings. We use them in our Dental Office to store receipts from the various companies that we do business with throughout the year. They fit into standard size filing shelves and can easily be retrieved when receipts need to be filed away. We have been delighted to learn that they can be used for more than one year. We remove last year's receipts and place them in an envelope to file away and reuse these sturdy files for several more years.

A little tight but does its job

I had expected it to fan out more. But it's not bad. Sturdy. It stands well. I use it to store pieces and documents related to credit cards (terms offers etc) which are all different sizes and otherwise difficult to sort store and access.

This product works well for the project I purchased it for. I am using it to store receipts by the month. It really doesn't hold as much in one compartment as I initially thought it would. My one complaint is that the edges are fairly sharp and I keep getting little cuts and scratches on my hands but I'm sure that will go away the more I use this.

I use these files all the time and they expand very easily and are very durable. I highly recommend these files not only for office paperwork but also for your personal bills.
