The classification folders are very sturdy and are separated into three parts. We use them for accounting folders a different color for receipts payables payroll and such. We also use them for different projects. We can include quotes bids contractor names correspondence and such. With the other parts for invoices change orders and pictures. I love that they come in different colors the only down side is that they are expensive. They will last a long time so if you need to keep files for a long time they are a great investment.

These folders are wondeful! They make it so much easier to find information in an efficient manner. The partitions make it nice for seperating detailed information that would be difficult to locate otherwise. Two thumbs up.
