Flap for sealing sticks and is hard to pull up in one piece. The seal is so secure immediately that there is no margin for error.

This item will not work for our mass mailings because it is not compatible with our Pitney Bowes Envelope Sorter Machine. Item will jam repeatedly.

Only thing we don't like is the way the side tabs are cut and glued. Hard to stuff our invoices quickly the forms get hung up on these tabs on the inside and this requires twice the time to stuff than our old envelope.

We've used these Staples envelopes for years. Great product and plan to continue using them. They are very popular and are out of stock online many times. Great product.
