On the flimsy side. I’m not that heavy but chair wheels make indentation and then it’s difficult to roll the chair.

I like the chair mat but I had to put a piece of plywood under it to keep it from putting indentations and sinking into the floor.

Thick yet flexible. i expect it will last 3 years on carpet before it cracks; same as the last one. I suspect it will last much longer if used over a hard flat surface such as a vinyl or wood floor.

This mat works reasonably well but it should only be used for light/occasional duty as it quickly develops indentations where my desk chair sits. I've been able to compensate by shifting chair positions and it's at my desk in a vacation home so not a big deal for me. However I would NOT recommend for daily use.
