I was expected a much harder surface mat. This serves the overall need but there is just enough give in it that makes it like it is almost like it is on carpet and I wanted something that would be very easy to roll the chair.

Arrived quickly. Appreciated that it did not come in a cardboard box (working on down-sizing my footprint). Nice and big so that I can roll around without falling off the ledge onto the carpet. Had a slight odor but that was gone on day two.

The chair mat came to me unboxed or packaged. There were scars from the transport. That I was not to happy with. But the mat does a great job even with the scratches.

TJ greeted me and was very enthusiastic to help me. I was buying a mat for my computer chair so it wasn’t an easy item to move around. He was so happy to accommodate my request to take two off the rack for to decide. He was happy to carry it to my car after I purchased it. I could not have had better service from him!
