Terrible! The chair doesn’t roll. Has dents where the chair is. I am going in for cancer surgery and we are in quarantine. There is no way that I will be able to return this mat by May 3 2020.

I think that Staples did a great job. The shipping was fast and the product was fine. I should have actually measured as this mat is smaller than I thought it would be. I didn’t know there were diff sized mats and that’s my fault. This mat was cheaper than some others and I think I will need a diff one. But not at all Staples fault. Just make sure it will suit your needs prior to ordering

Material was to light weight and not happy with it all. Chair won't roll well on the new mat as it is to SOFT. Too Mat was not large enough much smaller than the old one I had.

I've had this office chair mat for awhile now and works well. Definitely wouldn't want to go a smaller in size. One thing to note is the mat is not packaged in anything so when it arrived it was dirty (nothing a quick wipe down won't take care just a little annoying).

Set up new office in my home needed a carpet mat to protect my chair and floor. Stop by my local Staples on Hwy 200 and SW 27th Ave Ocala. Didn't see any the manager came by ask could he help told him what I was looking for he check in the back. Thanks so much I was beginning to think these things didn't exist anymore. Thanks Again

By description this mat was listed for being used on plush carpet but the chair wheels still sink into it. Also note that I'm 175 lbs. and with the chair approx. 200 so it's not like I'm a 250-300 lb. person. Not as bad a standard mat but this one is thicker but not thick enough to be used on plush carpet. I would not recommend this product for plush carpet.
