Good plastic but the teeth of the mat are not long enough to grab into the carpet. Better than a smooth mat with no teeth. But there are better on the market.

I purchased this mat for plush carpet. It doesn't slide but it is to soft and my chairs wheels leave indentions where it sits. I thought it would be more solid

Product advertised for up to 1.25 inch carpet my carpet and pad are about 1 inch thick total. It is flimsy and slides across the floor over time. As well as developing wheel indentations if sitting in one place to long. Not happy with carpet matt.
