Three stars because the mat is softer than anticipated. I've never seen a flexible chair mat. I ordered medium weight but thought that just meant a little lower quality/not for heavy use. The mat is flexible and the wheels of my chair make indents so still a challenge to roll. The price is good. It doesn't shift on the carpet.

This mat is great for my rolling chair on my low raise carpet floors in my apt. The only annoying thing is the mat sometimes scoots up but I just pull it back from time to time could probably put some grip rug under it but I'm lazy. This thing is great.

Overall the mat is good couldn’t give it 5 stars because it’s a little thin so it kind of sinks in a little bit when you sit too long in one place. But overall it does its job.

Ordered online and received late but unpackaged just set in front of door with no box out in the open. The product itself is flimsy and does not work for carpet. The chair/wheels sink into material. Wish it was sturdier.
