It is thin but I don't need a thick one. The chair rolls effortlessly on the mat. It does show wheel indentations as others have said but they go away when the office chair is moved and the wheels are not left in the same location every time.

The floor mat Material is much too thin.          My chair castors leave indentations thus limiting free movement. I would not recommend product for use over a carpeted floor.

Sold a dirty chair mat

I had first bought the wrong size but when it came it was new in a box. I returned that one to a store and while in the store ordered a bigger size. When it was delivered it was not in a box. It was filthy dirty and probably used. I had to clean it and it didn’t completely clean. I would have returned it and complained but I needed it.
