Terrible Shipping

This product was ordered online. Mat delivered in a van. Driver opened the back doors and pulled the mat out no box scuff marks grease and scratches. Had to lay in driveway to be cleaned. All shipping labels and Staples info glued to the top of the mat. Spent an hour with label remover but the scratches could not be fixed. Mat appears to serve it's purpose but the other the mat it replaced from Staples cracks will soon appear. Staples used to warrant these mats but that's been discontinued. This product should have been rolled up placed in a box before shipping.

Quality Item!

My previous chair mat lasted a very respectable five and a half years before beginning to crack. I wanted an equally high quality product as a replacement but had budget constraints that required some careful shopping and comparing. Eureka! This Staples chair mat was the perfect answer to my needs. The size may not work for some but it is exactly right for my office configuration. Great product. VERY happy customer!

Due to the dents it leaves from the chair it is difficult sometimes to roll the chair where I want it does serve the purpose of protecting my carpet.

Too Thin - Not Again

Forget this thin piece of clear acrylic. If you weigh over 75 Pounds and or your carpet has any pad or nap this will bend dent and bow. Bad investment on my part. Never again.

Hopefully this one will last longer because it was hanging and not rolled up. At least that is my wish. The ones that I have purchased rolled up in the past haven't lasted very long 6 to 9 months.

Not worth buying at any price

the plastic is so thin that any weight in the middle where the chair and person goes causes the ends to turn up and the pad moves freely. This was so bad that I returned it and bought the thicker model. You should discontinue this garbage and make sure that any Staples branded product is a quality product like Craftsman or Kenmore is for sears. This is not even worthy of a dollar store.
