The chair mat is great but the tape goo was bad!

The chair mat was great but was not happy with the way it was shipped. The tape that was used to roll up the mat for shipping left tape glue on the chair mat. It was very hard to get off had to use goo-gone three times to get it all off the chair mat. Not very professional.

The mat works well as expected. The thickness was important to us as it will last longer than a previous mat. All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased a mat for a flat pile rug but the mat is too soft and chair has difficulty gliding over it. Better than nothing.
