This chair mat does not stay in place - it moves until it encounters an obstruction then becomes distorted along the edge. Also if the chair stays in one place very long the mat is indented and one finds it difficult to move the chair without getting up. I have had better results from previous mats at half the cost.

The mat protects my floor and the chair easily rolls on it. The mat is also large enough so my chair has never rolled off of it. The price was also good and delivered promptly.

This mat is doing well so far after 2 months. A couple of indentations where the chair rollers are but that's to be expected. Doesn't slip on medium ply carpet.
