Love the quality of the mat - lays nice and flat and protects our hardwood floor. I only wish it was wider as I'm constantly rolling off the edge when retrieving items from the filing cabinet....

Staples apparently can't be bothered to pay for a box to ship this item. It had cardboard wrapped partly around it and taped directly to the exposed mat. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get the tape off before I gave up on getting it all off. Worse the tape leaves such a sticky residue I haven't been able to get off that my feet stick to the mat everytime I walk on it.

The hard floor chair mat was delivered the next day and was exactly what was ordered. The product seems durable and once put in place relaxed and laid flat after a couple hours on the floor.
