My 5-year old uses this for her art projects. It's great that you can see where the glue is being applied and then it dries clear. Adheres to just about anything you can think of. It's a good value for the money. My daughter likes to use glue quite a bit and this lasts a long time.

Not a Good Buy

I am a kindergarten teacher and I bought the glue to use for arts and crafts and cut and paste activities. My students use the glue sticks a lot and I found that these were terrible. The glue dried too fast and it did not adhere to anything. I found that the papers that were used with the glue didn't stick and the students products fell apart. Very frustrating especially because I had to go back and repair 30 students' projects. I would not buy this product again.

I do a lot of scrapbooking so I like having extra gluesticks handy. These are good quality and they go a long way. (I recently glued down 200 photos with only 1 stick!)

Paper-to-paper adhesion can't be beat.

I only use this for paper-to-paper tasks. (I can't comment on other uses.) It is quick and easy to apply and the adhesion is excellent. The color contrast is a bonus - I know where I have applied the glue and how much I used. TIP: When applying glue to the edge of paper draw/stroke the pen toward the outer edge. Do not draw/stroke the pen back and forth or you may wrinkle the paper by accident. And be sure to have scrap paper underneath to allow for any strokes that go beyond the edge.

Better than leading brands

I used brand name glue sticks and they all failed [...]...My kids used it mainly for gluing presentations on posters and they worked great.
