They must be very very old. The glue is soooo very old it doesn’t ever get sticky when properly moistened. This does not have the safety feature needed. Do not buy these!!!

These clasp envelopes looked just like the advertised picture. They were sturdy enough to hold 1 1/2 inches of paperwork (printed on standard size copy paper) including a large clip that held several pages together. I hand delivered my envelope so I don’t know how it would hold up through the mail but I would have felt confident mailing it if needed.
