Used to be better quality. Paper is now thinner. Less mucilage on closure flap results in Not sticking as well and requiring tape to make secure closure. Less glue on bottom flap produces edge "wings" that show up after docs inserted, requiring tape to prevent snags and rips in the course of travel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
