Samsung great/microsoft windows a mess

Purchased a new Samsung laptop and love the computer but Windows 8 and 8.1 is causing me much stress. It is a disaster. Finally crashed on me and I lost everythinfg including precious photos. The guys in the tec squad were very helpful and the managers as well. But the hours spent at the location and finally with a home call is far beyond patience. I am still not "done" with the fixes it requires. Enough is enough.
