These are very nice-looking envelopes for invitations. The easy-close flap is way better than licking flaps! It would have been nice if the paper were a little heavier but still they got the job done.

Wonderful large envelope

This is a very nice quality weight paper envelope in a bright white shade. Recently I went to a print shop and ordered party invitations to be printed in a 5 1/4" X 7" size. They do not sell the envelopes and was concerned I may have problems finding one that would work. Staples came through again. Perfect selection of quality items. This envelope worked perfectly. The card fit nicely inside and you cannot see the printing through the paper. The EasyClose is very nice as it leaves a clean closure and no need to lick all of those envelopes. I would recommend these for any invitation or items of a larger size. I will buy these again.

HARD TO GET CARDS IN ENVELOPE

THE ENVELOPE HAS GLUE INSIDE TOWARDS THE BOTTOM AND I HAVE TO CAREFULLY OPEN UP THE SPOT SO THAT I CAN GET CARD TO SLIDE DOWN.

This is great for the price!

Bought these for a special worldwide event I am sharing in inviting as many members of my community to this year's memorial observance of Jesus Christ's death April 14 2014 and wanted to give the invitation dignity and not just leave it at a door. This envelope is nice. There is no need for licking the envelope for me that is always a plus. No extra postage is necessary because it meets the post office requirements. There will be two more events this year that I will be sharing in and I will definitely buy more of them. They are worth the $13.

Felt lucky to find this envelope. My newsletters fit into it perfectly and can be mailed for normal postage. It is so easy to strip the paper off and seal the envelope. I'm not left with the miserable taste of envelope glue and sticky fingers! I would recommend it to everyone who needs an envelope of this size.

These envelopes are the perfect size if you make your own greeting cards from the various on-line services. I use American Greetings and they are perfect for the large size card.
